多元表演藝術家，出生於台灣，曾旅居學習工作於歐美近20多年。美國伊利諾 大學香檳分校跨界藝術和藝術史批判理論研究雙修學士(HONOR榮譽畢業-全校總成積前5 ％)，芬蘭肢體劇場表演高等文憑碩士，曾榮選美國基金會獎助巴黎國際大學和阿姆斯特 丹OT301《DanceShort》駐村藝術家，2010/1榮獲歐盟官方國際獎學金Erasmus Mundus(伊 拉斯莫世界計劃)至奧地利大學研究所「影視戲劇系」進修表演與創作。
專訪可見於歐洲《STIGMART》藝術雜誌，上海《 MAKE+藝術與科技創客計劃》跨界藝 術平台，美國《SOD舞蹈雜誌》等出版刊物。
自2011年起在維也納成立國際藝術家表演跨界團體Dadadaiii ，也是一個國際合作交流的 創意實驗平台，乍看之下似起源於達達Fluxus主義和超現實藝術， 而深就則以結合東西南 北各方身體精神哲理為核心創作， 梅心怡現為Dadadaiii 的藝術總監， 目前居住於台北。除了身為藝術家和演出者創作者身份，她也是一位身心靈諮商與治療講師（「希瓦 Shivani身心靈之舞」）。

Born in Taiwan, studied dance at the National Institute of Arts in Taiwan, BFA graduate in double major - interdisciplinary performance and art history theories at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA. Advanced diploma in physical theatre and dance performance at the Mmecenter Helsinki, Finland.
Delphine has received American Foundation scholarship to study abroad in Paris Cite University. She received European Erasmus Mundus fellowship for a year residency study-research performance and creating new pieces at the University of Vienna, Austria. Delphine has also been selected in artist residencies, such as OT301《DanceShort》in Amsterdam Netherlands, 《GramArts》 working with rural area aboriginal tribe youth and adults in dance in India, 《Six Sense》features female performance artists from Asia, Bangladesh. and residency teaching 《dance, performance, and the body energy》at the local dance school, as part of KABA Dance, Music, Theatre Festival in West Sumatra Indonesia, which she also premiered her piece [Sincerely Yours].
